experience the peace, freedom, clarity and joy of living mindfully

What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a simple yet revolutionary set of practices that when practised regularly,
over time, lead to a greater sense of peace, ease, joy, clarity and connectedness.

"Life" still happens, but how you respond to challenges is transformed.
Loosening one's fixation on the future, or the past, liberates energy,
increases clarity and powers of concentration.
You still plan ahead, and remember, but with a clearer lens, and fewer rabbit holes.
You'll become less of a prisoner of emotional states as they rise and pass,
and respond more wisely.

Being able to be fully present,
opens us to healing within, a lighter heart,
and feeling connected to all life.

Teacher - Katherine Davies

Hello from Cambridge UK!

My name is Katherine, originally from Brisbane, Australia. I teach mindfulness to creatives online, write fiction, and run a local meet-up on world affairs. I have been a practitioner of meditation for many years (with many absences), first learning Transcendental Meditation in my youth. My practice has deepened considerably in the last 20 years. My recent teachers have included Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, Oren Jay Sofer, Anne Cushman, Susanne Marie, Adyashanti, and the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion. I received the mindfulness teaching qualification from the UK's College of Mindfulness Meditation in June 2022. My inspirer-in-chief is Thich Nhat Hanh.

While my teaching and guidance is secular, the practices originate from the time of the Buddha, and have been helping to transform people's lives for thousands of years.
